The product is damaged" may be interpreted as the product not being damaged during transportation and may cause problems during return. Warn the officer to write a report with complete and detailed statements. When receiving your product, make sure that the order is in your name.

Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse and whose packages have been opened are not accepted for return. Products that are not returned with their original packaging, opened or damaged are sent back to the customer with the shipping cost being reflected to the customer.
