Sales Agreement
Member Information: Member must enter their information completely and without errors. Phone number and tax number (TC Identity Number) must be entered for delivery. This information is required for both security and legal obligations.
Errors: Our store cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur in the product description, name, price, image, etc.
Price Policy: All product prices sold in our store are determined by our store in accordance with the rules of free economy. This includes the Label Price, Sales Price and Discounted Price. No one, including the Customer, Product manufacturer, Importer or distributor, has the authority to force us to change the price. Spelling errors are an exception.
Warranty: Our store and the Customer act within the framework of the rules specified in the Warranty Conditions page.
Returns: Our store guarantees the return of any product it sells under the conditions specified on the Returns Conditions page.
Fees: All fees collected by our store are clearly displayed in the relevant sections for the customer to see. These prices cannot be objected to later.
Customer Satisfaction: Our store works hard to keep customer satisfaction at the maximum level. All your complaints and requests are carefully examined and resolved promptly, except for customer requests that are intended to harm our store and are not within the framework of general trade rules.
Security Measures: Orders placed in our store are sent to the customer after passing through a series of security measures. Our store managers may request some additional information from the customer during these transactions. The requested information is for your safety. The customer is responsible for meeting these requests. Orders that are not deemed safe or suspicious by the Bank or our Managers will not be sent.
Product Delivery: Deliveries are delivered only by the cargo companies determined by our store or by our own distribution network after identity check. Delivery with a different cargo company cannot be requested. The ordered package must be checked when received and damaged or faulty packages should not be received. Your order will be deemed to have been delivered completely and intact by the cargo officer as soon as the package is received.
