• In-stock items are handed to the courier within 2 business days of payment confirmation. There are no dispatches on Sundays or public holidays.
• Orders are delivered to your address anywhere in Georgia by our partner courier companies. Delivery time depends on your address.
• The delivery charge is calculated from the weight, volume and delivery address of your order, and is shown at checkout before you confirm.
• For logo-printed and custom-made items, we will tell you the preparation time before you order.
• If an item in your order is out of stock, we will let you know straight away — we can wait for it to come back in stock or refund that item, whichever you prefer.
• Please enter your full address and phone number so your delivery is not delayed.

When you receive your order

Please check the cartons on delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, let us know with photos as soon as possible after delivery (ideally within 2 days) on WhatsApp (+995 577 10 90 94) or by e-mail (shefutva@kervanambalaj.com), and we will put it right at our expense.
