In order to shop from Ambalajcim.com.tr, you must first become a member by filling out the registration form and obtain a user password. This means that you accept and undertake to comply with the terms of the membership agreement from Ambalajcim.com.tr. The user is deemed to have undertaken to comply with the kullanatpazari.com agreement from the moment he/she successfully completes the membership process and receives any service or places an order using this system.

ARTICLE 1. PARTIES

ARTICLE 2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the MEMBER's terms of use and utilization of the website www.ambalajcim.com.tr owned by Ambalajcim.om.tr.

ARTICLE 3. RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES

3.1. MEMBER accepts and undertakes to comply with all legal regulations and not to violate the said provisions while using the www.ambalajcim.com.tr website. Otherwise, MEMBER will be fully and exclusively responsible for all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise.

3.2. MEMBER cannot engage in any activities or actions (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services on the www.ambalajcim.com.tr website.

3.3. MEMBER cannot publish or transmit in www.ambalajcim.com.tr any illegal, insulting or threatening, profane, degrading, pornographic, disturbing or immoral content that would constitute a crime, require legal follow-up, create or encourage a situation that would be contrary to local and national laws or international agreements on the www.ambalajcim.com.tr website. Members cannot post or transmit any information, software or other material that violates another person's privacy or publication rights, is protected by copyright, trademark rights or other property rights or is adapted from materials falling into these described classes without the permission of the owner or the person who holds the rights. Members are responsible for their own actions that are contrary to the provisions of unfair competition in interactive areas, and Ambalajcim.com.tr cannot be held responsible for these.

3.4. The ideas and thoughts declared, written and the expressions used by the MEMBERS on the www.ambalajcim.com.tr website are exclusively the MEMBERS' own personal ideas and comments and only the MEMBER is responsible for the results of these ideas and comments. These opinions and thoughts have no relation or connection with Ambalajcim.com. Ambalajcim.com.tr has no responsibility for the damages that third parties or institutions may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the MEMBER or for the damages that the MEMBER may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by third parties or institutions.

3.5. Ambalajcim.com.tr is not responsible for the content of the sites to which it provides links or banner promotions. Ambalajcim.com.tr is also not responsible for any material or moral damages arising from disputes between members. Ambalajcim.com.tr has the right to cancel the membership without any warning.

3.6 Ambalajcim.com.tr may monitor any content element (article, survey, forum, photo, video, message box, personal message or profile) that enables interaction between existing and/or future users on the site, on the grounds that it violates the Membership Agreement or contains offensive, illegal elements that threaten the rights and security of members, and reserves the right to cancel the relevant membership for these reasons.

3.7. Ambalajcim.com.tr reserves the right to take legal action in cases where unsolicited messages for commercial or advertising purposes are sent directly to users in the system or to their e-mail addresses, members are directed to another website for this purpose, and existing or future interactive areas on the site are used in this way outside of the law and authority.

3.8. MEMBER cannot publish, post or transmit any information, software or material that has commercial purposes or contains advertising. MEMBER cannot engage in any advertising activity or solicitation to purchase or sell any products to other members. "E-mail chains" cannot be established for this purpose.
3.9. All rights of all written, illustrated, audio, graphic and/or non-graphic materials such as tables found on paketcim.com.tr are reserved. It is strictly forbidden to copy and/or market these materials on personal pages. In case of use of such materials on personal pages, it is mandatory to add information indicating who the quote is from and/or the permission of the quoted person or commercial institution in a clearly visible area of the page. Otherwise, paketcim.com.tr accepts no responsibility in legal disputes that may arise.

3.10. All intellectual property rights regarding the design and software of the paketcim.com.tr website and the text and visual content of the products are owned by paketcim.com.tr and these cannot be used by the MEMBER without the written permission of paketcim.com.tr.

3.11.ambalajcim.com.tr has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the MEMBERSHIP of the MEMBER and delete all data, documents and files belonging to the MEMBER at any time without assuming any liability.

3.12. MEMBER declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of the www.ambalajcim.com.tr website is true and correct and that www.ambalajcim.com.tr will compensate for all damages it may suffer due to the untruthfulness of this information, in full and in cash.

3.13. Ambalajcim.com.tr accepts that the e-mail given while registering to the system is correct. Ambalajcim.com.tr cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur due to false and misrepresented e-mails.

3.14 Ambalajcim.com.tr membership cannot be lent to anyone else or transferred. Ambalajcim.com.tr is not responsible for any damages resulting from such attempts.

3.15. The right to use the password received from the www.ambalajcim.com.tr website belongs exclusively to the MEMBER. The MEMBER cannot give this password to any third party. All legal and criminal liabilities regarding the use of the password belong to the MEMBER.

3.16. At Ambalajcim.com.tr, each MEMBER uses an e-mail address as a username and each e-mail address is used only to create a record. Everyone who becomes a member is responsible for protecting their Username and password. The site is not responsible for any faulty behavior that may occur. The password chosen when becoming a member of Ambalajcim.com.tr is known only by the member. The responsibility for choosing and protecting the password belongs to the member. Ambalajcim.com.tr is not responsible for any problems that may arise from password use.

3.17. Ambalajcim.com.tr shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access to MEMBER data and any damages that may occur to MEMBER software and data. MEMBER has accepted in advance not to claim compensation from Ambalajcim.com.tr for any damages that may be incurred due to the use of the www.kullanatpazari.com website.

ARTICLE 4. SHOPPING
4. 1. Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop at paketcim.com.tr. Products for children may be offered for sale on the Site; however, these are sold to adults.

4.2. Shopping can be done via credit card or bank transfer from paketcim.com.tr. Orders for which the transfer is not made within a week will be cancelled. The time the orders are taken into process is not the time the order is given, but the time when the money in the amount of the order is blocked from the credit card account or when it is determined that the transfer has reached the kullanatpazari.com account.

4. 3. If the order was placed by selecting bank transfer, in cases where there is a supply problem such as the products not being available at the supplier, only the product prices will be refunded. Ambalajcim.com.tr has no responsibility for the transfer costs applied by banks.

After the MEMBER places an order and enters the credit card information on the payment screen, the relevant information is used by the bank. Ambalajcim.com.tr does not record the MEMBER's credit card information in its system.

ARTICLE 5. PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Some information may be collected by Ambalajcim.com.tr for the purpose of improving and developing the www.ambalajcim.com.tr website and/or within the framework of legal regulations, such as the name of the Internet service provider and Internet Protocol (IP) address used to access the site, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site and the internet address of the website that provides direct connection to the site.

5.2. Ambalajcim.com.tr may use the personal information of MEMBERS in order to provide better service to its users, improve its services and products, and facilitate the use of the site, provided that the prior consent of the MEMBERS is obtained in studies regarding the interests and preferences of its users. Ambalajcim.com.tr reserves the right to keep records of the movements of the MEMBERS on the www.ambalajcim.com.tr website.

5.3. MEMBER declares and accepts that he/she allows information and announcements to be sent to him/her about product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, advantages, surveys and other customer satisfaction applications of Ambalajcim.com.tr brands within the scope of the practices that are in effect and/or will be put into effect. MEMBER declares and accepts that he/she allows the collection of personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information that he/she provided in the past and/or will provide in the future while becoming a MEMBER to Ambalajcim.com.tr and/or by other means for the above purposes, to be used and archived by Ambalajcim.com.tr. Unless the MEMBER states otherwise, he/she declares and accepts that he/she allows the collection, use and archive of data by Ambalajcim.com.tr when his/her MEMBERship ends. MEMBER accepts and declares that he/she will not claim any direct and/or indirect material and/or moral negative and/or positive damages, in short, any damages due to the collection, sharing, use, archiving and access to the above mentioned information and that he/she will not hold Ambalajcim.com.tr responsible. If the MEMBER wishes to change his/her data sharing preferences, he/she may submit this request to the customer services call center of Ambalajcim.com.tr or in writing to the e-mail address bilgi@ambalajcim.com.tre.

5.4. Ambalajcim.com.tr may disclose the MEMBER's personal information to third parties (a) in cases where it is required to do so by the applicable law or regulations or a court decision or administrative order, and (b) in cases where the MEMBER consents.

5.5 Ambalajcim.com.tr is authorized to send informative SMS messages to the registered e-mail addresses and mobile phones of its MEMBERS in accordance with this Agreement. By approving this Agreement, the MEMBER will be deemed to have consented to the sending of informative e-mails to his/her e-mail address and to the sending of informative SMS messages to his/her mobile phone. If the MEMBER wishes to stop receiving e-mails and/or SMS messages, he/she may cancel the sending of e-mails and/or SMS messages by forwarding this request to Ambalajcim.com.tr Customer Services.

5.6. Ambalajcim.com.tr may use positive success stories from its members about its products and photographs, if any, of these stories in any way, on the internet and in written promotional materials.

ARTICLE 6. TECHNICAL FAILURES
6.1. Due to technical problems, there may be errors or interruptions in accessing Ambalajcim.com.tr. Ambalajcim.com.tr cannot be held responsible for such interruptions or interruptions of service.

6.2. Ambalajcim.com.tr cannot be held responsible for any failures and problems related to any communication network, online systems, service providers, computer equipment and software, any disruptions arising from technical issues such as congestion in Internet traffic or uploading software that may harm members or any person.

ARTICLE 7. SECURITY

7.1 Measures have been taken within the available means to ensure that the paketcim.com.tr website is free from viruses and similar software. In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the user must provide his/her own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, by entering the paketcim.com.tr website, the MEMBER accepts that he/she is responsible for all errors that may occur in his/her own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences.

7.2. The site will not be responsible in any way for any damages that may occur due to unauthorized persons reading member data without the negligence of paketcim.com.tr (members sharing their information with other people, not logging out when leaving the site, etc.).

ARTICLE 8. COMPELLING CAUSE

Situations that do not exist and/or cannot be foreseen at the time the contract is signed, and that develop and emerge beyond the control of the parties, and that make it impossible for one or both parties to partially or completely fulfill their obligations and responsibilities under the contract or to fulfill them on time, will be considered as force majeure (natural disaster, war, terrorism, riot, provisions of legislation, seizure or strike, lockout, significant malfunction in production and communication facilities, etc.). The party in whose person the force majeure occurs will immediately notify the other party of the situation in writing. No liability arises for the parties' failure to fulfill their obligations during the continuation of such a force majeure. This force majeure situation shall be terminated within 10 days.
If the situation continues for a certain period of time, each party has the right to terminate this contract unilaterally.

ARTICLE 9. COMPETENT COURTS

The competent courts and enforcement offices for all disputes arising from this contract will be the central courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.

ARTICLE 10. ENFORCEMENT, TERMINATION AND OTHER CONDITIONS

10.1. Each party may terminate this Agreement at any time by a unilateral notice to the other party. Notifications to Ambalajcim.com.tr must be made to the e-mail address debilgi@ambalajcim.com.tre or the telephone numbers +90 555 165 10 25 or the WhatsApp number +90 506 527 60 94.

10.2. These articles regarding the membership agreement on this page may be changed by Ambalajcim.com.tr at any time, provided that the changes are stated on this page.

10.3. The Member accepts and declares that he/she will cover the damages of Ambalajcim.com.tr, its branches, authorities, representatives and other employees in return for any losses, claims and accusations that may arise in case of violation of this agreement.

ARTICLE 11. ENFORCEMENT

The MEMBER's registration as a MEMBER is realized when the MEMBER reads and accepts all the articles in this Agreement. This Agreement is concluded at the moment the MEMBER becomes a MEMBER and is in force indefinitely.
