Payment

All orders are paid in advance. Cash on delivery is not available. Your order is prepared once your payment has been confirmed.

• Credit / debit card: pay at checkout through a secure payment system. Shefutva does not store your card details.
• Bank transfer: pay to our TBC Bank account (IBAN: GE58 TB77 9893 6020 1000 10). Put your order number in the payment reference and send the receipt on WhatsApp (+995 577 10 90 94). Full details are on the Our Bank Accounts page.

Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL) and include VAT. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery

In-stock items are handed to the courier within 2 business days of payment confirmation and delivered anywhere in Georgia. Delivery time depends on your address. See Delivery Information for details.

Order cancellation and refunds

You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by messaging us on WhatsApp or by e-mail, and you will receive a full refund. If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is out of stock, you will also be refunded in full. Refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method; the time it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank. See Cancellation and Returns for the return conditions.
